Ella is Tiffany's sister Charlottes child, which makes her Nina's cousin. Ella is nearly as bad as Nina, but unlike Nina, Ella pretends to be good so she can get Nina in trouble but Nina dosen't really care so all the trouble she would go too to get Nina in trouble is usually wasted. Ella's mom Charlotte is no longer with Ella's dad because he is a veteren alcoholic who now lives over a bar somewhere in San Diego, because of the divorce, Ella now has her mothers maiden name.
